Available in both 4-day and 7-day models, our Traincations offer an intensive experience tailored to your goals and aspirations.

Over the course of 4 or 7 days, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the intricacies of pole and aerial arts under the guidance of our expert instructors. Classes cannot be shared or prorated for fewer days.

Proof of residence outside of 50 miles or more may be requested.

We have 2 airports that service Frisco. Both the DFW International Airport (DFW) & Dallas Love Field (DAL) are both only about 30 minutes away. Love Field is the home of Southwest Airlines.
