During your one-on-one personal coaching call, our "flight attendants" will ensure you are enrolled in the right classes for your interests and schedule.

We believe that pole & aerial arts can be accessible to everyone. Our certified instructors thoughtfully curate a unique and progressive curriculum designed to ensure safety, success and fun, regardless of fitness level, size, age or gender. Our passion is to cultivate a space where students and instructors find and finetune their strength, positivity, and confidence, in an energizing, welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

We offer weekly brand new beginners to advanced level classes in pole fitness, aerial silks, aerial sling, aerial hoop and aerial rope. The studio has a large variety of over 60 weekly classes, so our adult students have a variety of days and times available to provide the flexibility needed for a busy lifestyle. For our kids and teens, an enrollment based program provides the consistency they need, matched with a progressive curriculum, ensuring we meet the needs of each student wherever they are in their aerial journey.



Pole Fitness

Build muscle, get lean, or just have more fun in your workouts! Our pole fitness classes can help meet your fitness goals in a fun, supportive environment. Choose from sporty or flirty.


Aerial Hoop

A circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop suspended from the ceiling. Learn to put different shapes into various combinations. Create combination through creative transitions.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines grounded postures with my magic of flight. It decompresses your body and spirit while you flex, fly and float. It's a great way to gain confidence and build trust in your aerial practice and fantastic for those new to the world of aerial arts.


Aerial Rope

Aerial Rope (also known as Corde Lisse) is an aerial circus skill or act that involves acrobatics on a vertically hanging rope. Rope technique is closely related to silks, which is why we request aerial silks training prior to attendance.


Aerial Sling

Aerial hammock provides the student with a natural "seat" and foundation making it a very approachable aerial fabric style using the same fabric as aerial silks, just tied differently! 



Balance your strength practice with flexibility classes. Helps reduce the risk of injury and reduces muscle soreness.


Aerial Silks

Gain strength and increase flexibility learning to wrap, climb, spin, twist and drop, all while suspended in beautiful, soft aerial fabric tied in the center, with 2 tails hanging down.
