The Altitude Difference

At Altitude, we believe wellness isn't about touching your toes, mastering every pose, or being the most flexible person in the room—it's about feeling better than when you walked in.

Our instructors create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every movement can be adapted to your comfort level and goals. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, recover from workouts, or simply enjoy an hour that's completely yours, we'll meet you exactly where you are.

Because wellness isn't a destination—it's a practice. And we're honored to be part of yours.

Let's Put Your Mind At Ease...

Do I need to be flexible to take Aerial Yoga?

Not at all! In fact, many of our students join because they want to become more flexible. The aerial hammock supports your body, allowing you to safely explore stretches and movements that may feel difficult on the floor. You'll improve flexibility over time—no pretzel skills required!

Will I go upside down?

Maybe—but only if you want to! Many Aerial Yoga classes include optional supported inversions that feel amazing and can help decompress the spine. Your instructor will always guide you safely, and you're welcome to skip any movement that doesn't feel right for you.

Is Aerial Yoga a workout or is it relaxing?

Both! We offer a variety of Aerial Yoga experiences to match your goals. Some classes focus on strength, mobility, and active movement, while others emphasize deep stretching, relaxation, and recovery. Whether you're looking to break a sweat or simply unwind, there's an Aerial Yoga class for you.

Can Aerial Yoga help with back pain or tight muscles?

Many students find that Aerial Yoga helps relieve muscle tension, improve posture, and increase mobility. The hammock allows for gentle spinal decompression and supported stretching that can feel wonderful after long days at a desk or intense workouts. While we can't promise specific medical results, many students tell us they leave class feeling taller, lighter, and more relaxed.

What if I'm afraid of heights?

Don't worry! The hammock hangs close to the ground, and most beginner movements take place just a few inches off the floor. You'll build confidence at your own pace, and your instructor will never ask you to do anything you're not ready for.

Altitude Wellness Tip #4

Breathe before you stretch.

When your breathing slows down, your muscles naturally begin to relax. Instead of forcing a stretch, focus on slow, steady breaths—you'll often discover your body can move a little farther without trying harder.

🌿 Ready to Feel Better?

Whether you're looking to stretch, strengthen, de-stress, or carve out an hour to reconnect with yourself, Aerial Yoga offers a refreshing way to move your body and calm your mind.

Discover why so many students leave class feeling lighter, taller, and more relaxed than when they arrived.

No yoga experience. No flexibility. No pressure. Just bring yourself—we'll support the rest.
