Altitude Level 1 Teacher Training intended to give experienced, non-professional pole fitness enthusiasts introductory knowledge necessary to lead a safe, fun and inspiring beginner pole class. It is intended for those with at least 20 pole fitness classes.

Completing this course is not an assurance of being hired to teach at Altitude.

The Teacher Training will cover:

• Full breakdown on how to coach the Level 1 curriculum of moves and why those moves were chosen and are important.
• Anatomy and Physiology as it pertains to beginner pole fitness.
• Tips and tricks to ensure your clients have success as quickly as possible.
• Class management and pacing.
• The "Altitude Effect" and why it is important.
• The business of teaching pole fitness.
