Learn a fun flow and perfect your movements through repetition. By the end of the session, you will have a complete routine from start to finish!

Feb Song: Love Myself

Fine Print: This is a 4 class series ENROLLMENT. Meaning the system will enroll you in all the classes in the series and assign your 4 class payment option to those classes. You will not receive credit back for missed classes because this is an ENROLLMENT, not a class. Therefore, please make sure you can attend all 4 classes prior to purchasing, and that you understand that you will not be refunded or credited back for missed classes for any reason.

A video of the entire routine will be made available to workshop participants for review and practice.
