Loving your pole and aerial classes but need inspirations on how to connect the pole to floor or floor to aerial apparatus? This class is for YOU.
This floorwork masterclass will unlock the secrets of shoulder rolls, illusions, threads, fish flops, front flops, snaps, shoulder cartwheels and arm balances.
We will be doing a thorough warm up followed by a progressive curriculum that starts out easier and becomes more difficult throughout the 90 minute class. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace and STOP when the challenge becomes too intense.
