If you have ever been interested in the flow arts this introduction workshop will be the perfect way to get your feet wet. 

Over the course of 60 minutes Cesar will go over the fundamentals of poi flow, methods of training, and several moves/tricks, putting together your first sequence! 

No need to fret if you don’t have your own equipment as you will walk away from the class with your very own set of practice poi completely free! Come with the flow of Poi!
