In this master class series, we will discover and expand on beginner fundamental straps movements such as meathook, pushing skills, c-shaping, back flag, back balance, beats, and spinning! I will walk you through all of the proper progressions and approaches to these fundamental skills for a safe and strong execution.

Please bring your own super bands, yoga blocks, and other resistance bands for optimal training. You may also need to bring wrist gaiters or arm sleeves to protect your skin.
