The tips and tricks you learn in this class are specifically curated to translate from ground to air! All you need is a chair or sturdy countertop to act as your “ballet barre”

For this class you'll need your yoga blocks, a towel or a strap, and a resistance band (optional). No Blocks? Look around for a thick book, step pot or pan with a towel over it. No strap? Look for a necktie, scarf, a robe tie, or a towel

We incorporate dance, yoga and Pilates methods that will help increase your technique, flexibility and range of motion without compromising your strength. Learn how to safely execute splits, open your shoulders, bend your back and more! You will work on creating beautiful lines and get an intense workout while developing balance and control.
