Aerial Fitness
Popularized by Cirque du Soleil, the aerial arts are rapidly gaining momentum as a fun and unique fitness program that can be enjoyed in many different varieties and levels of intensity. Aerial arts used to be very limited, only being taught in "circus schools".
Our unique aerial arts program is intended to give both kids and adults the opportunity to experience aerial arts in a fun and safe environment under the supervision of our highly trained staff.

Aerial Sling
Get off the ground FAST
Aerial sling (hammock) provides the student with a natural "seat" and foundation making this a very approachable and more easily "accessible" aerial fabric style. It uses the same fabric as aerial silks, just tied differently. It is a great class for those wanting to find a new, fun and unique form of fitness. Students will use the fabric to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral their bodies into and out of various positions. Aerial Hammock builds strength, enhances flexibility, and stimulates the mind.
Aerial Silks
Made Famous by Cirque
Aerial Silks, also known as aerial fabric, tissu, aerial ribbons or aerial curtains, is a quickly expanding and highly sought-after art form. Popularized by Cirque du Soleil, students will gain strength and increase flexibility learning to wrap, climb, spin, twist and drop, all while suspended in beautiful, soft aerial fabric. The beauty of the fabric wrapping around the artist is matched only by the dazzling aerial poses you will learn to create in this exciting and inspiring class.
Lyra Hoop
As Seen in The Greatest Showman
Aerial Hoop (also known as Lyra, Aerial Ring or Cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop suspended from the ceiling, on which circus artists may perform aerial acrobatics. In this class you will learn Aerial Hoop basics such as mounting the hoop, posing, spinning and moving within it. Your internationally certified Lyra instructor will guide you through learning over 100 different hoop tricks and put them into various combinations. Each week you will be challenged to create new and different combinations all while getting a great workout and having lots of fun.
Aerial Rope
Corde Lisse
Aerial Rope or also known as Corde Lisse is an aerial circus skill or act that involves acrobatics on a vertically hanging rope. The name is French for "smooth rope". Our ropes are professional circus grade made from soft cotton about 30-35mm thick with woven cotton covering it. Rope technique is closely related to silks, which is why we request you start with Aerial Silks classes before joining a rope class. Not sure? Send us an email and find out if you are ready!
